Hi I am sourcing Australian table olives in brine supplied in bulk format for further processing (marinating and packing). Fruit needs to be consistent graded x size and colour ready to process specifically for retailers.
We are interested in all suitable olive varieties such as Kalamata, mammoth kalamata (donkey olives or Hardys Mammoth?), black and green manzanillo, Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Nevadillo Blanco, Picual, Sevillano, Verdale and Wagga Verdale and any others will be considered. Whole and pitted are both required.
Samples will be required for assessment. Quantities expected will be parcels of 30-50 ton per per variety.
